Brownsburg, Indiana has grown more than 150 percent since 1990 and was named one of the Top 10 Best Places to Live in 2009 by CNN Money Magazine.

2012 Population was 19,500 and has a quick commute to Indianapolis from I74 via 465 and also via W. 56th Street in Indianapolis.  If you drive from Indianapolis by W. 56th Street you will find many new home developments and you will cross over Eagle Creek.  The average sales price in 2012 in Brownsburg, IN was $152,000 but I would definitely watch this area in the future for fantastic growth and an increase in the average home price.
